Morocco Craft Shipping and Collection Policy

Packaging

Morocco Craft takes care to package purchased items securely and provides standard packaging at no additional charge.

While we make every reasonable effort to protect items during handling and transit, Morocco Craft cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during shipping as a result of packaging. Customers who require specialised or professional packaging may arrange for an independent packing service to package their items at our premises. Any related costs will be payable by the customer.

Shipping Arrangements

Shipping Quotations and Liability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Morocco Craft purchases are sold on an EXW (Ex Works) basis from our premises.

This means the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for collection, transport, insurance, export clearance where applicable, and any related costs. Responsibility for the items transfers to the customer or their appointed courier once the items are collected from Morocco Craft.

Morocco Craft may assist by obtaining a quotation from a third-party courier. Any courier arrangement remains the customer’s responsibility, and additional insurance must be requested and paid for by the customer.

Inspection upon Delivery

Customers must inspect their items immediately upon delivery and report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies to the courier at the time of delivery.

Signing the delivery note, or otherwise accepting the delivery without noting any damage, will be regarded as confirmation that the items were received in satisfactory condition. Customers assume responsibility for any damage that occurs after delivery has been accepted.

Returns

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Morocco Craft reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving or processing a return.

Returns remain subject to Morocco Craft’s applicable returns terms, including any exclusions or conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable and cover the cost of transporting items from Morocco Craft to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Collection Charges for Returns

Where a customer requests a return because of a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the collection fee. This fee will depend on the collection location and the size, quantity, and nature of the items being returned.

Customer-Arranged Collection

Customers may collect their purchases directly from the Morocco Craft showroom. Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transportation and ensuring that the items are handled and transported safely.

Liability during Customer-Arranged Transport

Morocco Craft is not responsible for any damage that occurs after items leave the showroom in transportation arranged by the customer.

Customers must inspect their items before collection and report any damage or discrepancy to a Morocco Craft representative before the items are removed from the showroom.

Inspection before Collection

Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect all items at the time of collection. Any concerns must be raised and resolved with a Morocco Craft representative before the items leave our premises. Once the items have been collected, they will be considered accepted in their inspected condition.
